Wat doe je als Cybersecurity Engineer? Je bent de drijvende kracht achter de dagelijkse cybersecuritywerking en zorgt ervoor dat systemen, processen en gebruikers optimaal beschermd blijven.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je ondersteunt de Head of IT Infrastructure bij het uitwerken en realiseren van de cybersecuritystrategie.
  • Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor de externe SOC en volgt beveiligingsincidenten en meldingen actief op.
  • Je analyseert en coördineert incidenten samen met de interne IT-teams.
  • Je optimaliseert detectieregels en verhoogt de kwaliteit van monitoring door valse meldingen te beperken.
  • Je beheert en optimaliseert security-oplossingen zoals Google Chronicle, CrowdStrike, Qualys en Umbrella.
  • Je coördineert vulnerability management en werkt mee aan de beveiliging van OT-omgevingen.
  • Je automatiseert processen en ontwikkelt dashboards en rapporteringen rond SLA's, KPI's en securityprestaties.
  • Je ondersteunt risicoanalyses, audits en de verdere uitrol richting ISO 27001-certificering.
  • Je documenteert procedures, beleid en evaluaties na incidenten.
  • Je organiseert en begeleidt oefeningen om de paraatheid bij cyberincidenten te verhogen.
  • Je volgt de nieuwste ontwikkelingen binnen cybersecurity op en vertaalt deze naar concrete verbeteringen.
  • Je beschikt over ongeveer 4 tot 7 jaar ervaring binnen cybersecurity of IT-security.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een operationele IT-omgeving.
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis van IT-infrastructuur, waaronder netwerken, servers, virtualisatie en cloud.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met SIEM- en EDR/XDR-platformen.
  • Incident response, monitoring en detectie zijn voor jou vertrouwde domeinen.
  • Je denkt analytisch, werkt pragmatisch en houdt steeds rekening met de bedrijfscontext.
  • Je communiceert vlot met zowel technische als niet-technische collega's.
  • Je neemt graag initiatief en voelt je thuis in een no-nonsense werkomgeving.
  • Kennis van ITIL is een pluspunt.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je bent bereid om af en toe naar verschillende vestigingen te reizen.
