LIEU D'EXERCICE Siège d'Anderlecht et déplacements sur le terrain (Région de Bruxelles-Capitale et reste de la Belgique)

DURÉE DE FORMATION 6 mois CONTRAT À L'ISSUE CDI ¿ ou, à défaut, CDD d'une durée au moins égale à celle de la formation, dans la même fonction et aux mêmes conditions

L'entreprise dispose d'un prestataire externe de type call center qui génère des contacts et des rendez-vous qualifiés auprès de points de vente potentiels. Ces leads ne sont actuellement pas exploités sur le terrain, faute de ressource commerciale interne. La fonction vise à assurer la conversion de ces contacts en clients, le suivi et le développement du portefeuille existant, ainsi que l'élargissement progressif du réseau de points de vente.

Traitement des contacts commerciaux qualifiés Prise en charge des leads et rendez-vous transmis par le prestataire externe ± 50 % DU TEMPS

Visite du point de vente, présentation de l'entreprise et de la gamme, organisation de dégustations

Présentation des conditions commerciales et logistiques, négociation dans le cadre défini par la direction Suivi jusqu'à la première commande et mise en place du référencement

Suivi et développement du portefeuille existant

Visites de tournée auprès des clients actifs

Contrôle de l'implantation en rayon ou en frigo et suivi de la rotation des produits

Présentation des nouveautés et élargissement de l'assortiment référencé

Réactivation des comptes inactifs ± 25 % DU TEMPS GOURMART ·

Segments visés : coffee shops et cafés premium, épiceries fines, hôtels et aparthotels, clubs de sport, théâtres et centres culturels, snacks et commerces de proximité

Tâches transversales : encodage et tenue à jour du CRM, reporting hebdomadaire d'activité auprès du maître de stage, remontée d'informations de terrain (offre concurrente, prix pratiqués, retours consommateurs, opportunités commerciales)

Permis de conduire B en cours de validité

Maîtrise du français à l'oral et à l'écrit

Aisance dans le contact direct et la prise de parole face à un interlocuteur professionnel

Capacité d'organisation personnelle et autonomie dans les déplacements

Persévérance face au refus commercial

Connaissance fonctionnelle du néerlandais ou de l'anglais

Intérêt pour le secteur alimentaire et la gastronomie
