Vos missions

Gestion d’équipe

• Vous dirigez une équipe de plus de 4 collègues et contribuez à instaurer une culture forte et positive

• Vous encadrez, motivez et faites évoluer vos collaborateurs afin que chacun donne le meilleur de lui-même

• Vous recrutez, accompagnez et assurez une intégration et un suivi efficaces des nouveaux collaborateurs

• Vous encouragez la collaboration et clarifiez les rôles et les attentes

Activité commerciale

• Vous êtes l’interlocuteur privilégié des clients et développez des relations durables

• Vous identifiez les opportunités dans la région et les transformez en croissance concrète

• Vous négociez les contrats et les renouvellements avec les clients

• Vous renforcez activement la position du dépôt sur le marché régional

Opérations et organisation

• Vous supervisez le fonctionnement quotidien et veillez à un flux efficace au sein du dépôt

• Vous coordonnez la location, les retours et la planification des machines

• Vous gérez le personnel, les ressources et les budgets, et atteignez les objectifs fixés

• Vous veillez à la bonne tenue de l’administration et contrôlez les processus et les normes de qualité
