In de regio Veurne is een innovatieve en ambitieuze speler binnen de productiesector op zoek naar een versterking voor het IT-team. Als Business Analist vervul je een sleutelrol in de verdere digitalisering van de productieprocessen (discrete manufacturing). Je slaat de brug tussen de operationele noden en de IT-systemen door nauw samen te werken met interne stakeholders en externe ontwikkelaars. Binnen deze functie werk je mee aan uitdagende projecten zoals de opzet van een nieuw ERP-systeem (Dynamics 365 F&O), de integratie van een MES-systeem en de koppeling tussen PLM en ERP.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je analyseert de bedrijfsprocessen en integratiebehoeften om de productieomgeving verder te digitaliseren binnen het nieuwe ERP-pakket.
  • Je stelt in overleg met stakeholders duidelijke functionele en technische specificaties op.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met externe consultants en softwareontwikkelaars voor een vlot verloop van het implementatietraject.
  • Je test en valideert de ontwikkelde applicaties en integraties om de correcte werking ervan te garanderen.
  • Je identificeert integratieproblemen, lost deze op en levert een continue bijdrage aan procesoptimalisaties.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een hoger diploma in een IT- of economische richting, Daarnaast breng je zeker 3 jaar ervaring mee in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Je hebt ervaring met application governance, monitoring en software-implementaties in een productieomgeving.
  • Je heeft een grondige kennis van Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O).
  • Je bent een sterke communicator die vlot samenwerkt met zowel interne teams als externe partijen.
  • Je pakt zaken resultaatgericht aan en hebt ervaring met het projectmatig doorvoeren van verbeteringen.
