Je bewaakt transportzendingen, houdt overzicht over lopende processen en zorgt dat afspraken met klanten worden nagekomen. Je werkt met key accounts binnen stukgoedtransport en Food Logistics, waaronder ambient, chilled en diepvries. Daarbij schakel je dagelijks met klanten, planners, sales en internationale DACHSER-vestigingen. Je combineert klantcontact met het coördineren en bewaken van logistieke processen. Zie je dat een zending vertraging oploopt of een afspraak niet wordt nagekomen? Dan onderneem je actie en zorg je samen met de betrokken collega's voor een oplossing. "Jij bent het vaste aanspreekpunt dat zorgt dat klanten weten waar hun zending staat en afspraken worden nagekomen. " Werkzaamheden Je bent dagelijks bezig met het bewaken van transporten en het onderhouden van contact met klanten en collega's. Je houdt overzicht over meerdere zendingen tegelijk en schakelt snel wanneer iets verandert. - Bewaken van de voortgang en kwaliteit van internationale transportzendingen. - Coördineren van zendingen binnen stukgoedtransport en Food Logistics. - Onderhouden van dagelijks contact met key accounts, planning, sales en internationale DACHSER-vestigingen. - Signaleren, analyseren en oplossen van afwijkingen binnen transportprocessen. - Bewaken van SLA's, KPI's en gemaakte logistieke afspraken. - Registreren en opvolgen van transportgegevens in systemen.
