Als dagplanner houd jij gedurende de dag de regie over de planning van onze servicemonteurs. Geen dag verloopt precies zoals gepland. Een monteur meldt zich ziek, een klus loopt uit of er komt een spoedmelding binnen. Jij schakelt direct en zorgt ervoor dat de planning blijft draaien. Daarbij heb je veel telefonisch contact met klanten, monteurs en collega's. Ook op drukke momenten houd jij je hoofd koel, stel je prioriteiten en zoek je snel naar de beste oplossing. Kortom: jij bent gedurende de dag degene die schakelt, herplant en bijstuurt. En daar krijg je ook wat voor terug: een salaris tot € 3.769,16 bruto per maand, 38 vrije dagen (o.b.v. een 40-urige werkweek) en uitzicht op een vast contract. Wat ga je doen? - Realiseren en bewaken van een efficiënte dagplanning voor servicemonteurs; - Continu bijsturen en herplannen bij ziekte, uitloop, spoedaanvragen en andere onverwachte wijzigingen; - Snel inspelen op vrijgekomen ruimte of knelpunten in de planning; - Monitoren van de voortgang en monteursroutes gedurende de dag; - Veelvuldig telefonisch contact onderhouden met klanten en monteurs over afspraken en wijzigingen; - Klanten duidelijk en tijdig informeren wanneer een afspraak verandert; - Op basis van beschikbare informatie en data de juiste prioriteiten stellen; - Signaleren van storingen en tijdig escaleren wanneer dat nodig is. Je blijft rustig onder druk, denkt in oplossingen en weet prioriteiten te stellen wanneer de planning verandert.
