Dagrooster-maker - Nijmegen Stedelijk Gymnasium Nijmegen Wie zoeken wij? In verband met de pensionering van onze huidige collega, zoeken wij met ingang van 1 december 2026 voor vijf ochtenden in de week (0,5 fte) een enthousiaste en nauwkeurige dagrooster-maker. Het betreft een tijdelijke vacature met uitzicht op een vaste aanstelling. Waar kom je te werken? Het Stedelijk Gymnasium Nijmegen is een school voor nieuwsgierige leerlingen die graag hun eigen pad volgen. Datzelfde geldt voor onze medewerkers. Onze school staat op een prachtige locatie tegenover het Kronenburgerpark in Nijmegen, in de nabijheid van het Centraal Station. Als dagrooster-maker maak je deel uit van het team leerlingenadministratie en roostermakers, dat bestaat uit vier collega's die nauw met elkaar samenwerken. Wat ga je doen? Als dagrooster-maker los je alle dagelijkse wijzigingen binnen het rooster op, waarbij je de complexe puzzel van leerlingen, docenten, lokalen, lessen en activiteiten legt. Je zorgt ervoor dat leerlingen en docenten elke dag kunnen werken met een duidelijk en actueel rooster. In het dagrooster wordt de afwezigheid van docenten verwerkt die soms van tevoren bekend is, maar ook op de ochtend zelf doorgegeven kan worden zoals bij ziekte. Daarnaast kun je denken aan wijzigingen in het rooster tijdens de introductieweken of bij bijzondere activiteiten op school. Je houdt overzicht en schakelt snel wanneer de planning verandert. We werken met het roosterprogramma Zermelo. Je werkt samen met de roostermaker die zich vooral bezighoudt met het basisrooster en de wijzigingen daarop. De werktijden zijn van 7.30 uur tot 11.30 uur. Wie ben jij? Je bent een analytisch en oplossingsgericht persoon die van puzzelen houdt en goed kan samenwerken. Je kunt helder en prettig communiceren en bent in staat verschillende belangen af te wegen. Daarnaast ben je proactief, stressbestendig en kun je zelfstandig werken.
