Ben jij een ervaren medewerker in de vissector en klaar voor meer verantwoordelijkheid? Als dagverantwoordelijke visproductie stuur je dagelijks de productie aan en bewaak je de kwaliteit, hygiëne en planning. Je werkt nauw samen met aankoop, verkoop en de werkvloer. Zo draag je rechtstreeks bij aan een vlotte en efficiënte werking van het bedrijf.

Wij bieden

  • Een startloon van €18 per uur, bespreekbaar volgens kennis en ervaring.
  • Maaltijdcheques van €8 per gewerkte dag.

  • Een werkrooster van maandag tot en met vrijdag met opstart tussen 4 en 5 uur.

Wij vragen

  • Diploma hoger secundair onderwijs.
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Kennis van Frans en Engels is een sterke meerwaarde.
  • Ervaring in de vissector is een groot pluspunt.
  • Je kan medewerkers aansturen en duidelijke instructies geven.
  • Je volgt planning, rendement en voorraad nauwkeurig op.

Het bedrijf

Onze klant is actief in de verwerking van visproducten in regio Zeebrugge. Kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid en een vlotte productie staan centraal. Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar aankoop, verkoop en productie nauw samenwerken. Binnen deze functie krijg je een belangrijke rol in de dagelijkse organisatie van de werkvloer.
