Ben jij een ervaren dakdekker en werk je graag aan mooie, afwisselende projecten? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou! Als Dakdekker werk je aan stolpboerderijen, monumentale panden, particuliere woningen en grote renovatieprojecten in Noord- en Zuid-Holland. Geen dak is hetzelfde en juist die afwisseling maakt jouw werk zo interessant. Je komt terecht in een professioneel en hecht team van dakdekkers, voormannen en collega's op kantoor. Op locatie werk je samen met een voorman die je begeleidt waar nodig, maar krijg je ook volop de vrijheid om zelfstandig aan de slag te gaan. Als Dakdekker houd jij je onder andere bezig met: Herstellen en vervangen van dakbeschot; Uitvlakken en renoveren van daken; Aanbrengen van isolatie, panlatten, panhaken en dakpannen; Plaatsen en afwerken van dakramen en dakkapellen; Renoveren en herstellen van schoorstenen; Uitvoeren van diverse renovatie- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden; Werken aan monumentale panden, stolpboerderijen en particuliere woningen; Veilig en netjes uitvoeren van werkzaamheden volgens de geldende richtlijnen; Signaleren van problemen en zelfstandig zoeken naar passende oplossingen. Een goed salaris tussen € 3.000 en € 4.500 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring; € 0,25 reiskostenvergoeding per kilometer; 20 vakantiedagen en 12 roostervrije dagen; Pensioenregeling via BpfBOUW, conform de cao Hellende Daken; Bij goed functioneren uitzicht op een vast contract na één jaar; Doorgroeimogelijkheden richting meewerkend voorman; Opleidingen en cursussen worden volledig vergoed; Flexibele werktijden met aandacht voor een goede werk-privébalans; Mogelijkheid om 4 dagen per week te werken in overleg; Werkkleding en persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen worden verzorgd; Werken binnen een open, collegiaal en professioneel team; Veel afwisseling in projecten en volop mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.
