Je werkt dagelijks op storingsplanning: meerdere service- en storingsklussen verspreid over de dag. Je diagnosticeert storingen op DC-trajecten en optimizers, vervangt onderdelen en zorgt dat installaties weer optimaal draaien. Geen dag is hetzelfde, want je schakelt tussen verschillende generaties panelen, omvormers en optimizers. Je kent de installed base en weet precies wat er in het veld staat en hoe je het onderhoudt. Je werkt altijd samen in een vast dakteam-duo. Jullie starten op het depot in Hengelo, pakken de klussen op en sluiten de dag samen af. De sfeer is er een waarin je elkaar helpt, van elkaar leert en gemotiveerd bent om bij elke klant de beste service achter te laten. Jouw bijdrage aan Plan Zero - Jij diagnosticeert en lost storingen op. Je analyseert DC-trajecten en optimizers, lokaliseert het probleem en lost het ter plekke op. Je vervangt panelen of optimizers en zorgt dat de installatie weer volledig functioneert. Zo halen we een first time right van 98%. - Jij onderhoudt de installed base. Je kent de verschillende generaties panelen, optimizers en omvormers die in het veld staan. Je signaleert structurele issues en kaart deze aan, zodat we problemen vóór zijn in plaats van erachteraan lopen. - Jij bent het visitekaartje bij de klant. Je legt technische zaken helder en begrijpelijk uit. Klanten waarderen dat: we streven naar een klanttevredenheid van 9.4. Jij maakt dat verschil aan de deur. - Jij deelt je kennis met het team. Je helpt junior- en senior-collega's beter worden in PV-werk. Door je ervaring te delen til je het hele dakteam naar een hoger niveau. Dit krijg je van ons - Een salaris tussen €2.900 en €3.50...
