The posting

Onze klant is op zoek naar een ervaren en zelfstandige dakwerker voor hellende daken. We zoeken iemand die al voor ongeveer 80% zelfstandig kan werken en beschikt over een stevige technische basis. Uiteraard leren we je onze eigen werkwijze aan, maar we verwachten dat je vanaf de start initiatief neemt en verantwoordelijkheid durft te dragen.

Op termijn is er de mogelijkheid om door te groeien naar ploegbaas.

Als dakwerker sta je in voor het uitvoeren van diverse dakrenovaties bij particuliere klanten. Je werkt mee aan het volledige renovatieproces: van het verwijderen van het bestaande dak tot het plaatsen van de nieuwe dakconstructie en afwerking.

Je taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Uitvoeren van renovatiewerken aan hellende daken
  • Volledig verwijderen en vervangen van bestaande dakbedekkingen
  • Plaatsen en afwerken van leien daken
  • Zelfstandig plaatsen van Velux-dakramen
  • Plaatsen, vormen en plooien van zinken dakgoten
  • Zinkwerken uitvoeren en afwerken door middel van solderen
  • Indien van toepassing: uitvoeren van laswerken
  • Zorgen voor een kwalitatieve en nette afwerking op de werf
  • Zelfstandig problemen kunnen inschatten en oplossingen zoeken
  • Op termijn mogelijk aansturen van een ploeg
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring als dakwerker op hellende daken
  • Je hebt een goede ervaring met leien daken – dit is een belangrijke troef
  • Je kunt zelfstandig Velux-dakramen plaatsen
  • Je hebt ervaring met zinkwerken
  • Je kunt zink zelf vormen en plooien
  • Je hebt ervaring met solderen; ervaring met lassen is een pluspunt
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en neemt initiatief
  • Je bent niet bang om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands (minstens 4/5)
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B; rijbewijs BE is een pluspunt
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en staat open voor langere werkdagen
