Kernactiviteiten Restauratie van erfgoed: Kerken, kastelen, abdijen, stadhuizen, historische gevels, enzovoort Renovatie & herbestemming: Oude gebouwen opnieuw in gebruik nemen als woningen, kantoren, hotels, musea, enzovoort Ambachtelijke technieken: Herstelling van natuursteen, stucwerk, houtstructuren, dakconstructies, glas-in-lood, ornamenten, enzovoort Projectcoördinatie in erfgoedcontext: Begeleiden en uitvoeren van werken waar monumentenzorg en technische expertise samenkomen Unieke kenmerken

Jobomschrijving

Als dakwerker in de restauratieafdeling werk je aan historische gebouwen, kerken en andere erfgoedprojecten in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen.

  • Je plaatst en herstelt dakbedekking op restauratiewerven, onder meer met leien, pannen, zink, koper en lood.
  • Je voert kleine daktimmerwerken uit aan houten dakconstructies en plaatst dakisolatie en onderdaken.
  • Je legt platte daken aan en herstelt ze met EPDM of roofing.
  • Je werkt regelmatig op grote hoogtes, bijvoorbeeld op kerktorens en monumentale gebouwen.
  • Je werkt samen met een gespecialiseerd restauratieteam, past veiligheidsvoorschriften toe en houdt de werkplek netjes en ordelijk.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor deze job heb je ervaring als dakwerker en kan je veilig op hoogte werken.

  • Je hebt ervaring als dakwerker en kennis van leien, pannen, zink, koper en lood. Soldeerwerk beheers je.
  • Je bent bereid om bij te leren en je verder te specialiseren in restauratie- en zinkwerken.
  • Je hebt geen hoogtevrees en werkt veilig op grote hoogtes, bijvoorbeeld op kerktorens. Je bent fysiek in goede conditie voor buitenwerk en werken op hoogte.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Je bent flexibel, gemotiveerd en enthousiast, werkt nauwkeurig en verantwoordelijk, kan zelfstandig en in team werken, en hebt oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en netheid op de werf. Een rijbewijs BE en eigen vervoer zijn een pluspunt om je vlot naar verschillende werven te verplaatsen.
