Beschrijving afdeling Instandhoudingsgroep klein boven water is verantwoordelijk voor alle vaartuigen van minder dan 3000 ton van Defensie (van hydrografisch opnemingsvaartuig tot en met rubberboten). Beschrijving taken afdeling Operationeel Engineering – Bedrijfsvoering zorgt er enerzijds voor dat de gebruiker ondersteund wordt bij het uitvoeren van haar dagelijkse taken om haar vaartuig te gebruiken en onderhouden met informatie, software, procedures en dagelijkse begeleiding. Daarnaast houdt de afdeling toe toezicht op de naleving en uitvoering van de verplichtingen die de bemanning heeft door bedrijfsbezoeken en systeemaudits. Operationele Engineering bestaat uit 9 experts die ervaring hebben met de werkwijze aan boord van eenheden van Defensie. Functie omschrijving en taken - Zorgen dat het onderhoud goed opgenomen is in de daarvoor bestemde systemen (SAP – DOMAINT en Mx Suite); - Zorgen dat de Livretten van de vloot op orde zijn; - Zorgen dat het certificatenbeheer goed ingericht is - Zorgen dat Platform handboeken op orde zijn; - Opstellen in inrichten van alle hierboven genoemde zaken voor nieuwe eenheden.
