Denk je nu twee keer 'Ja!'Dan zoeken we jou. Doel van de functie Jij vertaalt data naar impact. En AI naar iets dat werkt. Als Data & AI Consultant (medior) voer je zelfstandig analysetrajecten en AI-trajecten uit bij uiteenlopende klanten. Je combineert technische kennis van Python, SQL en Power BI met een scherp gevoel voor de businessvraag achter de data. En je weet wanneer een AI-agent het antwoord is - en wanneer een goed dashboard gewoon sneller klaar is. Je bent aanspreekbaar op kwaliteit en resultaat, begeleidt junior collega's waar nodig en helpt het team vakinhoudelijk vooruit. Wat ga je doen? Data-analyse en datapipelines • Je voert end-to-end analysetrajecten uit: van de vraag achter de vraag tot analyse, interpretatie en aanbeveling. • Je ontwerpt en bouwt de pipeline eronder: bronnen ontsluiten via een API, transformeren in Python en SQL, en het geheel laten draaien - lokaal of op een server. • Je bouwt datamodellen en KPI-structuren die aansluiten op de doelen van de klant, en legt definities zo vast dat iedereen hetzelfde bedoelt. AI-agents die echt meedraaien • Je bouwt AI-agents die vragen beantwoorden uit de systemen van de klant, documenten doorzoeken of terugkerend werk overnemen. • Je koppelt die agents aan echte bronnen - een ERP, een financieel pakket, een documentbibliotheek - en bewaakt wat ze wel en niet mogen zien. • Je controleert de kwaliteit van de antwoorden. Een AI die er soms naast zit is geen collega, maar een risico. Dashboards waar mensen op sturen • Je bouwt schaalbare dashboards in Power BI en vertaalt complexe datastructuren naar beelden waar een MT een besluit op durft te nemen. • Je werkt mee aan ClearInsights, ons eigen dashboardproduct. • Je adviseert klanten over de inrichting van hun BI-omgeving en rapportag...
