The posting

Voor een toonaangevende scale-up binnen de consultancy-wereld ben ik momenteel op zoek naar een Data & AI Governance Engineer. Met een team van een 60-tal consultants ondersteunen ze in verschillende sectoren zoals de gezondheidszorg, de publieke sector, duurzaamheid en financiële instellingen.

In de functie van Data & AI Governance Engineer krijgt je de kans om data- en AI-governance binnen organisaties fundamenteel vorm te geven. Er wordt gewerkt aan het ontwerpen van operating models, het sturen van changemanagement en het geven van de nodige technische ondersteuning.

Je focust in deze rol zowel op de actuele business als toekomstige governance-technologieën. Je maakt dus direct impact bij de klanten en maakt hen klaar voor toekomstige projecten.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je richt de data- en AI-governance in bij diverse klanten en adviseert over het gehele traject van ontwerp tot implementatie.
  • Je ontwerpt duurzame operating models en begeleidt de nodige verandermanagementprocessen binnen de klantorganisatie.
  • Je past technische kennis van governance- en dataplatformen toe om data-architecturen en governance-oplossingen naadloos te integreren.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende stakeholders om de businessbehoeften te begrijpen en te vertalen naar effectieve datastructuren.
  • Je levert als proactieve teamspeler een unieke inhoudelijke bijdrage aan het transversale datateam en helpt de groepsdynamiek te versterken.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je bent in het bezit van een hoger diploma in een relevante afstudeerrichting.
  • Je beschikt over minstens 6 jaar relevante ervaring binnen data & AI governance, operating model design en verandermanagement.
  • Je combineert een consultancy mindset met de intrinsieke motivatie om de businesskant van complexe organisaties te begrijpen.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met of kennis van cloud- en dataplatformen zoals Microsoft Azure, Snowflake en Databricks.
  • Je heeft een grote plus achter jouw naam staan als je ervaring meebrengt met tools zoals Collibra, Microsoft Purview of Master Data Management (MDM).
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld, communicatief ijzersterk en beschikt over een menselijke, behulpzame en oplossingsgerichte instelling.
