Jouw uitdaging

Als Data & AI Specialist ga je vooral praktisch aan de slag. Je luistert naar collega's, onderzoekt waar data en AI kunnen helpen en zet ideeën om in werkende prototypes, automatiseringen, rapporten of toepassingen. Je werkt stap voor stap, test snel in de praktijk en verbetert op basis van feedback. Je maakt deel uit van ons IT-team en werkt samen met collega's uit onder meer Projectleiding, Calculatie, Aankoop, SHEQ, HR en Finance. Je hoeft niet op elk domein expert te zijn, wel is het belangrijk dat je technisch nieuwsgierig bent, initiatief neemt en graag oplossingen realiseert.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je brengt samen met de gebruikers concrete noden en verbeterkansen in kaart.
  • Je maakt prototypes en praktische oplossingen met data, AI en automatisering.
  • Je ontsluit en combineert gegevens uit bestaande systemen en vertaalt die naar bruikbare inzichten, rapporten of toepassingen.
  • Je werkt mee aan onder meer AI-assistenten, documentverwerking, workflows en dashboards.
  • Je test oplossingen met de gebruikers op de werf en op kantoor en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je zorgt samen met het IT-team en externe partners voor een goede integratie, betrouwbare werking en veilig gebruik.
  • Je documenteert wat je bouwt en helpt collega's om nieuwe toepassingen vlot te gebruiken.

Mogelijke toepassingen. Je werkt aan projecten die zichtbaar verschil maken, bijvoorbeeld:

  • Informatie uit lastenboeken, meetstaten of andere documenten automatisch verwerken.
  • Calculatie, planning en rapportering ondersteunen met data en AI.
  • Werfverslagen, opleveringsdossiers en kennis sneller terugvinden en opmaken.
  • Administratieve processen zoals aankoop, facturatie, HR, onboarding, ... vereenvoudigen.

Jouw troeven

  • Je genoot een bachelor- of masteropleiding in IT, data, AI, engineering of een gelijkaardige richting, of je bent gelijkwaardig door relevante praktijkervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring met data, softwareontwikkeling, automatisering of AI en je kan enkele concrete projecten of realisaties toelichten.
  • Je kan werken met databronnen en hebt basiskennis van SQL, API's of datavisualisatie.
  • Ervaring met C#/.NET, generatieve AI, Microsoft 365, Azure of ERP-systemen is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt graag hands-on: je bouwt, test, leert en verbetert. En je kan een vraag van een gebruiker vertalen naar een eenvoudige, haalbare oplossing.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kan technische informatie in het Engels begrijpen.
  • Je bent bereid om geregeld naar onze bouwwerven te gaan om noden en oplossingen in de praktijk te toetsen.
  • Je hebt interesse in de bouwsector, ervaring in de bouw is een pluspunt.
