Als Data-analist bij de Stentor zorg jij ervoor dat de redactie keuzes kan maken op basis van data en inzichten. Je onderzoekt wat werkt, signaleert kansen en helpt onze journalistiek én digitale groei verder vooruit. Wat ga je doen? Bij De Stentor spelen data een belangrijke rol in het versterken van onze journalistiek. Als Data-analist help jij de redactie om keuzes te maken op basis van inzichten in plaats van aannames. Je onderzoekt hoe onze journalistiek presteert, brengt ontwikkelingen in kaart en vertaalt jouw analyses naar concrete adviezen voor de hoofdredactie, chefs en verslaggevers. Daarmee lever je een directe bijdrage aan de digitale groei van De Stentor en de verdere ontwikkeling van onze redactionele strategie. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het uitvoeren van analyses naar de prestaties van artikelen, thema's en doelgroepen en het vertalen van de resultaten naar overzichtelijke rapportages en concrete aanbevelingen. - Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt en sparringpartner voor chefs en de hoofdredactie over leescijfers, publieksgedrag en kansen voor digitale groei. - Het signaleren van trends, toetsen van hypotheses en ondersteunen van de redactie bij het realiseren van strategische doelstellingen, waaronder OKR's. - De redactie te trainen in het gebruik van tooling en hen te stimuleren zelfstandig gebruik te maken van dashboards en self-service tools. - Samen te werken binnen het ADR clusterteam (AD + regionale titels, waaronder De Stentor) van Redactionele Inzichten & Groei, methodieken te delen, lokale actieplannen op te stellen en projecten op meerdere redacties te ondersteunen.
