Bij het Wit-Gele Kruis van Antwerpen bouw je als data-analist mee aan de toekomst van een warme thuiszorgorganisatie die haar patiënten centraal zet, bij elke beslissing die genomen wordt. Jouw analyses helpen mee richting geven aan ons beleid.

Een nieuw verpleegdossier dat plots heel wat data beschikbaar stelt. Een afdelingshoofd dat wil weten waarom bepaalde cijfers veranderen. Een rapport dat al jaren bestaat, maar eigenlijk niet meer vertelt wat gebruikers nodig hebben. Of data waarvan je denkt: hier zit veel meer in.

Als data-analist bij Wit-Gele Kruis Antwerpen duik jij in zo’n vraagstukken en projecten. Je brengt structuur in data, maakt analyses begrijpelijk en helpt collega’s om data om te zetten in inzichten en beslissingen.

Een greep uit je takenpakket:

- Je beheert samen met je collega het huidige datawarehouse. - Je gaat in gesprek met gebruikers om hun noden in kaart te brengen. Welke informatie helpt hen vooruit? Wat willen ze weten? En welke data hebben ze daarvoor nodig? - Je ondersteunt collega’s bij vragen over het datawarehouse en de rapporteringstool. Voor complexe technische vragen werk je nauw samen met je collega’s. - Je brengt een logische structuur in de huidige rapporten en sleutelt aan de bestaande dashboards. - Je waakt over een betrouwbare rapportering. - Je zoekt actief naar nieuwe mogelijkheden. Welke beschikbare data benutten we te weinig? Welke analyses bieden nieuwe inzichten? Op basis van jouw rapporten en dashboards stellen directieleden, stafmedewerkers en leidinggevenden van onze Wit-Gele Kruisafdelingen onder andere evoluties vast. Je helpt zo beleidsbeslissingen te onderbouwen. - Je blijft op de hoogte van relevante nieuwe ontwikkelingen in de markt om zo de analyses te optimaliseren. - Je stapt op een interessant moment in: we willen ons huidige datawarehouse en onze rapportering verder moderniseren. Je helpt dus niet alleen met wat er vandaag staat, maar bouwt mee aan hoe we morgen met data werken. Hiervoor werk je nauw samen met je technisch gespecialiseerde collega en krijg je ondersteuning van een externe consultant.

Je hebt een masterdiploma en ervaring met data-analyse of rapportering. Aantoonbare interesse in de gezondheidssector is een belangrijke troef.

Bij voorkeur heb je enige ervaring met:

- Dashboards maken en optimaliseren - SQL en software zoals Power BI - Het vertalen van de noden van gebruikers naar heldere, visuele rapporten en dashboards - Analyses maken op basis van beschikbare cijfergegevens - Mondeling en schriftelijk rapporteren over geanalyseerde data - Voorstellen doen om het databeheer en de data-analyse te verbeteren

Verder herken je jezelf in de volgende eigenschappen:

- Je bent communicatief vaardig en werkt graag met rechtstreekse feedback - Je werkt nauwkeurig - Je bent geduldig - Je denkt analytisch en merkt verbanden tussen verschillende data op - Je stelt prioriteiten, bewaart het overzicht en respecteert afgesproken deadlines - Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar zoekt samenwerking op wanneer die tot een sterker resultaat leidt - Loopt iets niet zoals verwacht?
