Hoe jij het verschil maakt Als Data Analist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het tijdig opleveren van informatie en rapportages. De wensen worden opgehaald binnen het zorgkantoor, waarbij er precies wordt doorgevraagd wat er nodig is om tot een goede oplossing te komen. Aan de hand van rapportages en dashboarding voorzie jij de business van de juiste informatie. Hiervoor maak je gebruik van alle (on)gestructureerde data en de verschillende tools die binnen VGZ beschikbaar zijn. Dagelijks houd jij je als Data Analist bezig met het verduidelijken van de wensen van jouw collega’s en dit te vertalen naar concrete inzichten. Dit doe je op een proactieve manier. Als Data Analist ben je in staat om complexe informatie begrijpelijk over te brengen en ondersteun je collega's en de business bij uiteenlopende vraagstukken. Daarbij verbind je data, analyses en praktijk om tot bruikbare inzichten en oplossingen te komen. Je achterhaalt hierin de vraag achter de vraag. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan het vraagstuk rondom de wachtlijsten in de zorg. Jij gaat in gesprek met de afdelingen om te achterhalen hoe we, middels data, processen kunnen verbeteren zodat mensen eerder geholpen worden. Jij overziet het grotere geheel en weet goed hoe je informatie vertaalt naar een helder advies. Gelukkig doe je dit niet alleen. Je komt te werken in een team van 8 collega’s. Binnen de organisatie werk je dan ook veel samen met de interne stakeholders, maar ook met de Zorgkantoren van de andere zorgverzekeraars. Van de gezondste werkgever mag je meer verwachten.
