Jouw rol is om die verder te brengen en data slimmer te ontsluiten binnen de organisatie. Je bent geen analist die alleen achter het scherm bouwt. Je vertaalt inzichten naar een helder verhaal en neemt collega's mee in hoe ze data kunnen inzetten. Je werkt nauw samen met een collega Data Analist en het IT team, en je schakelt veel met verschillende afdelingen. De rol is een mix van uitvoering, doorontwikkeling en strategie. Daarnaast denk je mee over AI toepassingen en nieuwe analysemogelijkheden binnen de organisatie. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Ontwikkelen, onderhouden en uitvoeren van analyses en dashboards in Power BI - Verder ontwikkelen van bestaande analyses die door verschillende afdelingen worden gebruikt - Ontsluiten van data uit een datawarehouse met meerdere databronnen - Optimaliseren van ETL processen - Vertalen van inzichten naar duidelijke en bruikbare informatie voor collega's - Stakeholdermanagement richting verschillende afdelingen - Meedenken over AI toepassingen en innovatie binnen data analyse - Eventueel ondersteunen van collega's met trainingen of uitleg rondom Power BI Over de organisatie Je komt terecht binnen een middelgrote professionele organisatie waar data een steeds belangrijkere rol speelt binnen de dienstverlening en interne processen.
