Dan is deze functie als Data Analist misschien iets voor jou.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als Data Analist ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor Business Intelligence binnen de organisatie. Je vormt de schakel tussen de business, IT en het BI-team en zorgt ervoor dat data wordt vertaald naar bruikbare inzichten en betrouwbare rapporteringen.

Concreet sta je in voor:

  • Het verder uitrollen en optimaliseren van de Power BI-omgeving en het opvolgen en rapporteren van KPI's.
  • Het mee uitdragen van de BI-strategie en samenwerken met het BI-team en de IT-afdeling.
  • Het analyseren van businessbehoeften en het vertalen hiervan naar robuuste datamodellen en rapporteringsoplossingen.
  • Het leggen van de verbinding tussen verschillende bronsystemen en de datamodellen die aan de basis liggen van de rapportering.
  • Het ontwikkelen, testen, implementeren en presenteren van nieuwe dashboards aan interne stakeholders.
  • Het opstellen en onderhouden van functionele ontwerpen, ERD's en technische documentatie.
  • Het identificeren en initiëren van proces- en systeemverbeteringen.
  • Het beheren van datadefinities en data lineage en meedenken over data governance.
  • Actief bijdragen aan datakwaliteit, data-architectuur en de verdere professionalisering van Business Intelligence.

Je brengt graag structuur in complexe gegevens en schakelt vlot tussen technische teams en business stakeholders. Je bent communicatief sterk, analytisch ingesteld en krijgt voldoening uit het ontwikkelen van oplossingen die een concrete meerwaarde bieden.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma, of gelijkwaardige relevante ervaring.
  • Ervaring met Microsoft Power BI en dashboardontwikkeling.
  • Kennis van datamodellering en datawarehousing. Kennis van het Kimball-model is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring met DAX, T-SQL en SQL.
  • Kennis van Python is mooi meegenomen.
  • Affiniteit met logistiek, supply chain of warehousing is een plus.
  • Een professionele kennis van het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een extra troef.
  • Een sterk analytisch vermogen en het talent om businessvragen te vertalen naar datagedreven oplossingen.
  • Een gestructureerde en nauwkeurige werkstijl.
  • Een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en de nodige ownership over je projecten.
  • Een kwaliteitsgerichte ingesteldheid en een continue focus op verbetering.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om complexe informatie helder over te brengen.
  • De zelfstandigheid om prioriteiten te bepalen binnen een dynamische werkomgeving.
