  • Vertaal cijfers naar bruikbare inzichten, bewaakt de kwaliteit van commerciële gegevens en ondersteunt het salesteam bij het nemen van de juiste beslissingen.

Wat ga je doen? Als Sales Data Analist zorg je ervoor dat commerciële data correct, overzichtelijk en bruikbaar is. Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Analyseren van verkoopresultaten en omzetgegevens
  • Uitwerken van rapporteringen en overzichtelijke Excel-analyses
  • Opvolgen van rebates en commerciële cijfers
  • Beheren en optimaliseren van klant- en productgegevens
  • Controleren van facturen, debet- en creditnota's
  • Verwerken en beheren van gegevens in Business Central
  • Up-to-date houden van productinformatie via PIM-platformen
  • Beheren van informatie op verschillende klantenportalen
  • Ondersteunen van het commerciële en salesproces
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit en volledigheid van commerciële data
  • Signaleren van afwijkingen en mogelijkheden tot verbetering
  • Samenwerken met sales, marketing en andere interne teams

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma
  • Je hebt 3 tot 5 jaar relevante werkervaring
  • Je beschikt over een sterke kennis van Excel
  • Je bent analytisch en cijfermatig sterk
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
  • Je hebt oog voor detail én kwaliteit
  • Je neemt graag initiatief en denkt mee over verbeteringen
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen, zoals Business Central, is een plus
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands, Frans en Engels
  • Kennis van Duits is een extra troef
