Als Data Analist - Credit Management Specialist werk je binnen Finance Operations, op het snijvlak van data, Credit Management, processen en klantbeleving. Jij zorgt ervoor dat VodafoneZiggo grip houdt op haar vorderingen en dat processen rondom betalingen en betaalachterstanden zo efficiënt en klantgericht mogelijk verlopen. Je duikt in data, onderzoekt trends en afwijkingen en probeert te begrijpen wat er achter de cijfers gebeurt. Vervolgens vertaal je jouw analyses naar concrete verbeteringen voor processen en systemen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Analyseren van data rondom volumes, betaalachterstanden, doorlooptijden en processen. - Ontwikkelen en monitoren van rapportages voor Credit Management en management. - Signaleren van trends, knelpunten en afwijkingen en onderzoeken van de onderliggende oorzaken. - Vertalen van data-inzichten naar concrete verbeterplannen voor processen en systemen. - Ondersteunen bij het analyseren en oplossen van incidenten. - Vertalen van beleid en ontwikkelingen naar praktische verbeteringen binnen Credit anagement. - Vertegenwoordigen van Credit Management in interne en externe overleggen en projecten. - Bewaken van de belangen en eisen van jouw afdeling binnen verandertrajecten. Je werkt daarbij samen met collega's binnen Finance Operations, andere operationele afdelingen, IT, projectteams en het management.
