Je hoeft geen ervaren specialist te zijn. We zoeken juist iemand met 1-2 jaar ervaring met Data & AI, óf iemand die vanuit opleiding, werk of eigen interesse al een goede basis heeft opgebouwd en zich hierin verder wil ontwikkelen. Wat ga je doen? Je werkt aan verschillende Data & AI-vraagstukken binnen de organisatie. Denk aan: - Externe data verzamelen en analyseren, bijvoorbeeld vanuit het CBS en gemeenten. - Data vertalen naar bruikbare inzichten en dashboards, bijvoorbeeld met Power BI. - Onderzoeken waar AI kan helpen bij dagelijkse en administratieve werkzaamheden. - Medewerkers helpen om tools zoals Microsoft Copilot goed te gebruiken. - Meewerken aan AI-toepassingen zoals Speech-to-Text. - Nieuwe AI-use-cases ontdekken en praktisch implementeren. - Medewerkers meenemen in veranderingen en uitleggen hoe nieuwe technologie werkt. Je werkt hierbij nauw samen met de informatiemanager en krijgt veel ruimte om zelf ideeën aan te dragen. Geen dag is hetzelfde en je krijgt de mogelijkheid om je breed te ontwikkelen binnen Data & AI. Wat neem je mee? We zoeken vooral iemand die slim, nieuwsgierig en organisatorisch sterk is. Je hebt: - 1-2 jaar ervaring met Data, AI, BI of een vergelijkbare richting, óf aantoonbare ervaring vanuit opleiding, projecten of eigen interesse. - Een basiskennis van bijvoorbeeld SQL, Power BI, Azure en/of AI-tools. - Goede organisatorische vaardigheden en je kunt zelfstandig verschillende werkzaamheden oppakken. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en vindt het leuk om mensen iets uit te leggen. - Een praktische instel...
