Of het nu gaat over een uitvaartverzekering, een repatriëring, nabestaandenzorg of de uitvaart zelf, mensen ontzorgen in één van de moeilijkste momenten van hun leven. Dat is wat onze job zinvol maakt en ons de energie geeft om er altijd te staan als één team.

Ter uitbreiding van het team Quality Development in Antwerpen, zoeken we een Data Analyst.

Jouw uitdaging Als Data Analyst ben jij verantwoordelijk voor voor het analyseren, structureren en toegankelijk maken van data die voortkomt uit onze verschillende systemen (Funex, financiële, CRM, NPS enz) en uiteenlopende klant- en marktonderzoeken. Jouw inzichten ondersteunen de volledige organisatie in het nemen van datagedreven beslissingen. Je helpt mee de datanoden van de business goed te begrijpen en dat inzicht te gebruiken om hen de juiste data in het juiste formaat aan te leveren. Je assisteert ook waar nodig het marketing departement in het analyseren van digitale performantie.

Wat je doet als Data Analyst bij DELA Elke werkdag bij DELA draait om betekenisvol contact. In deze rol komt het erop aan om:

  • Je staat in voor de analyse, interpretatie en verwerking van data uit verschillende bronnen
  • Je bouwt, optimaliseert en beheert inzichtelijke rapporten en dashboards
  • Je ondersteunt en neemt deel aan projecten waarin data analyse noodzakelijk is
  • Je vertaalt complexe datasets naar toegankelijke inzichten voor verschillende eindgebruikers
  • Je ontwikkelt opleidingen omtrent het gebruik van data en rapportagetools
  • Je fungeert als als brug tussen data en business: vertalen van vragen uit de organisatie naar relevante analyses
  • Je presenteert inzichten aan zowel technische als niet-technische stakeholders.

Wie jij bent (en wat jij meebrengt) Volgende troeven zoeken we in jou:

  • Je hebt een bachelor of master in een relevante richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring als data analyst en/of data engineer in een klantgerichte of marketingcontext.
  • Je hebt sterke kennis van en ervaring met CRM- en CDP-data (bijv. Dynamics CE, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Vertrouwd met onderzoeksmethodologieën (enquête-analyse, segmentatie, NPS, marktonderzoek).
  • Ervaring met datamodellering en hoe data logisch te structureren en integreren voor analyse, rapportering en businessgebruik.
  • Kennis van BI-tools zoals b.v. Power BI.
  • Ervaring met SQL en/of Python/R is een voordeel.
  • Analytisch sterk en in staat complexe zaken eenvoudig uit te leggen.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en een ware bruggenbouwer tussen data en business.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels en hebt een basiskennis Frans.
