Over de organisatie

Hays is voor een toonaangevende en groeiende groep binnen de bouwsector op zoek naar een Data Analyst. De organisatie zet sterk in op digitalisering, datagedreven werken en verdere groei via zowel autonome uitbreiding als overnames.

Vanuit een centraal digitaal team ondersteun je diverse bedrijven binnen de groep. Je maakt deel uit van een team van acht specialisten, waaronder collega's binnen IT, business applications, PIM, BI en data. Door de verdere uitbouw van het dataplatform en de toenemende vraag naar betrouwbare managementinformatie gaat het bedrijf op zoek naar een extra BI-professional die business en technologie met elkaar weet te verbinden.

Jouw nieuwe functie

Als Data Analyst ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vertalen van businessvragen naar schaalbare data- en rapporteringsoplossingen. Je werkt nauw samen met managers en stakeholders uit verschillende afdelingen zoals sales, supply chain en operations.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Analyseren van businessprocessen, KPI's en rapporteringsbehoeften
  • Vertalen van noden naar duurzame data- en BI-oplossingen
  • Ontwikkelen van dashboards en rapporten in Power BI
  • Modelleren en integreren van data uit onder andere ERP-, CRM- en andere bedrijfsapplicaties
  • Bewaken van datakwaliteit, definities en performantie van rapporteringen
  • Samenwerken met business, IT-collega's en externe partners
  • Ondersteunen van projecten rond digitalisering, harmonisatie en integratie van data
  • Meedenken over nieuwe technologieën zoals AI

In deze rol ben je regelmatig aanwezig bij interne stakeholders om behoeften te begrijpen en om te zetten naar bruikbare inzichten. Je combineert dus een sterke analytische aanpak met een communicatieve en klantgerichte mindset.

Jouw profiel

Voor deze functie zoeken we een BI-professional die zich vlot beweegt tussen business en technologie.

Je beschikt over:

  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma
  • Minstens 2 jaar relevante ervaring binnen BI, data of analytics
  • Sterke kennis van Power BI en DAX
  • Goede kennis van SQL
  • Ervaring met het uitwerken van end-to-end BI-oplossingen
  • Een analytische en probleemoplossende ingesteldheid
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een professionele uitstraling

Daarnaast heb je interesse in innovatie en nieuwe technologieën. Kennis van datamodellering, ETL-processen, Azure DevOps, Copilot of Power Automate is een pluspunt.

Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kan je professioneel behelpen in het Frans. Je bent bereid om af en toe verschillende vestigingen te bezoeken.
