Om ons team verder te versterken zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een Data Analyst/BI Expert (m/v/x) om aan de slag te gaan bij onze klant in Antwerpen.

  • Deze positie kan worden ingevuld met zowel vast contract (bediendestatuut) als freelance contract

Functie

  • Verzamelen, analyseren en vertalen van datanoden naar concrete inzichten en aanbevelingen ter ondersteuning van de datastrategie.
  • Ontwikkelen van datagedreven oplossingen die management en business ondersteunen bij het nemen van strategische beslissingen.
  • Ontwerpen en optimaliseren van datamarts en rapporteringsomgevingen om snelle toegang tot kwaliteitsvolle data mogelijk te maken.
  • Uitwerken van dashboards, rapporteringen en analyses die bijdragen aan een betere operationele en commerciële sturing.
  • Meewerken aan data science en AI-gerelateerde initiatieven binnen een innovatieve dataomgeving.
  • Actief bijdragen aan de verdere uitbouw van een datagedreven cultuur binnen de organisatie.
  • Fungeren als brug tussen business stakeholders en data-experten om behoeften efficiënt te vertalen naar data-oplossingen.

Profiel

  • Ervaring als Data Analyst, BI Expert of in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Sterk in het verzamelen van business requirements en het vertalen ervan naar rapportering en dashboards.
  • Communicatief vaardig en ervaren in stakeholdermanagement.
  • Goede kennis van SQL, Tableau of vergelijkbare BI- en datavisualisatietools.
  • Interesse in moderne dataplatformen zoals Databricks en toepassingen van AI.
  • Affiniteit met data science en analytische methodieken.
  • Resultaatgericht, ondernemend en kritisch ingesteld.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een passie voor data en inzichten.
  • In staat om zelfstandig te werken, met oog voor kwaliteit en continue verbetering.
