The posting

De data analyst is verantwoordelijk voor het correct, volledig en tijdig invoeren, controleren en onderhouden van productgegevens in het ERP‑systeem. Deze rol is cruciaal voor betrouwbare productieplanning, voorraadbeheer, inkoop, verkoop , logistiek en marketing omdat ERP‑processen sterk afhankelijk zijn van nauwkeurige productinformatie zoals artikelcodes, stuklijsten, productvarianten en classificaties.

Als data analyzer is hij/zij verantwoordelijk voor het verzamelen, structureren, analyseren en interpreteren van data om inzichten te genereren die bedrijfsprocessen verbeteren. De rol ondersteunt besluitvorming door heldere analyses, dashboards en rapportages, en werkt nauw samen met operationele en commerciële afdelingen.

Takenpakket:

  • Invoeren en onderhouden van productdata zoals artikelcodes, productnamen, omschrijvingen, productvarianten, classificaties en zoeknamen
  • Verzamelen en opschonen van data uit ERP en productiesystemen
  • Voorbereiden van data voor stuklijsten (BOM) en bewerkingsplannen (ROUTING)
  • Controleren van datakwaliteit: volledigheid, consistentie, duplicaten, foutdetectie
  • Coördineren van datamigratie bij nieuwe producten of systeemupdates
  • Afstemmen met interne afdelingen (R&D, productie, inkoop, marketing) over correcte productinformatie
  • Onderhouden van logische nummering en productnamen voor producten en varianten, special requests conform technische tekeningen
  • Procesopvolging van special requests (jagen naar alle en correcte data + communiceren tussen afdelingen)
  • Analyseren van trends, afwijkingen en patronen in operationele en strategische data
  • Opstellen van dashboards en rapportages (Power BI, Excel)
  • Automatiseren van rapportages en datastromen waar mogelijk
  • Valideren van datakwaliteit en bijdragen aan verbeteringen in dataprocessen
  • Ondersteuning bij processen (catalogus, website, ERP-optimalisatie, digitalisering, opmaak van instructies, …)
  • Bachelor of master, bij voorkeur richting administratie, logistiek, IT, supply chain of productbeheer
  • Ervaring met datavisualisatie en KPI‑rapportage
  • Ervaring met ERP‑systemen (bij voorkeur Microsoft Business Central)
  • Begrip van ERP‑structuren en bedrijfsprocessen is een plus
  • Ervaring met analysetools zoals Power BI, Excel (gevorderd)
  • Nauwkeurig met oog voor detail en datakwaliteit
  • Analytisch vermogen om inconsistenties en dataproblemen te herkennen
  • Procesmatig denken, begrijpt hoe productdata door het ERP stroomt
  • Communicatief sterk, kan afstemmen met technische en niet‑technische teams
  • Zelfstandige en datagedreven mindset
  • Problemen analyseren en zelfstandig oplossingen bedenken (denken in oorzaken en oplossingen)
  • Complexe informatie begrijpen en samenvatten
  • Begrip van productstructuren: stuklijsten, varianten, artikelcodering, productdimensies
