Deine Aufgaben

* Betreuung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unseres BI-Systems sowie der zugrunde liegenden Datenlandschaft, einschließlich SQL-Datenbanken, Data-Warehouse-Strukturen und semantischer Datenmodelle

* Entwicklung und Betreuung von Prozessen zur Integration, Aufbereitung und Bereitstellung von Daten aus unterschiedlichen Quellen und Schnittstellen

* Aufbereitung und Bereitstellung von Daten für Analysen und Reports mit Power BI und Excel

* Sicherstellung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Datenqualität

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen bei der Umsetzung von Daten- und Reportinglösungen

Was du mitbringst

* Berufserfahrung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen Datenanalyse, Business Intelligence, Softwareentwicklung, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld

* Erfahrung mit SQL und relationalen Datenbanken, idealerweise im Microsoft-Umfeld

* Kenntnisse in einem oder mehreren der folgenden Bereiche:

** Power BI, Power Query, DAX, Excel

** ETL-/ELT-Prozesse sowie Datenintegrationen

** Data Warehousing und Datenmodellierung

** REST-APIs und Datenformate wie JSON, XML oder CSV

** PowerShell, C# oder Python

* Freude daran, komplexe Zusammenhänge zu verstehen und verständlich aufzubereiten

* Eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Offenheit für neue Technologien sowie einen bewussten und verantwortungsvollen Umgang mit KI-gestützten Werkzeugen
