Je denkt mee over architectuur, helpt klanten hun data beter benutten en zorgt dat inzichten ook echt gebruikt worden. Daarbij kijk je nadrukkelijk verder dan traditionele analytics en zet je steeds vaker AI en machine learning in om processen te automatiseren en voorspellende inzichten te realiseren. Je schakelt makkelijk tussen business en techniek en neemt collega’s daarin mee. Hier ben je niet alleen uitvoerend, maar maak je daadwerkelijk het verschil. jouw functie als Data Analytics Engineer Als data analytics engineer ben jij de drijvende kracht achter de ontwikkeling van complexe analytics oplossingen bij onze klanten. Binnen multidisciplinaire teams neem je eigenaarschap over het ontwerp en de implementatie van datagedreven toepassingen, waarbij je altijd streeft naar duurzame en schaalbare oplossingen. Je bent niet alleen technisch sterk, maar ook communicatief vaardig, en weet als geen ander de brug te slaan tussen business en IT. Je begeleidt en coacht collega’s met minder ervaring en stimuleert kennisdeling binnen en buiten je team. Je denkt actief mee over de opzet van data architecturen in bijvoorbeeld Azure, waarbij je tools als (vooral) Fabric/Databricks/Snowflake, Synapse, Data Factory en Data Lake inzet. Daarnaast werk je met tools zoals Power BI en Tabular Editor aan het bouwen van krachtige datamodellen en dashboards. Performance optimalisatie, heldere datamodellering en een scherp oog voor datakwaliteit zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend. Je weet hoe je met technieken zoals DAX en M-query maximale waarde uit data haalt. Je treedt op als sparringpartner voor opdrachtgevers, vertaalt hun vragen naar werkbare analytics oplossingen en verz
