Wij verzorgen IT-projecten bij diverse top 100-klanten over heel Vlaanderen en Brussel in volgende IT-domeinen: Application Development, Infrastructure Services & Software Testing. Om ons team verder te versterken zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een Data & Analytics specialist (m/v/x) om aan de slag te gaan bij onze klant in Ieper.

Als Data & Analytics Specialist vorm je de brug tussen business, IT en data. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen en vertaalt hun behoeften naar concrete data-oplossingen, ERP-configuraties en Power BI-dashboards.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

Analyseren en optimaliseren van bedrijfsprocessen binnen onder andere Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing en Quality. Vertalen van businessbehoeften naar pragmatische ERP-configuraties en digitale oplossingen. Ontwikkelen, beheren en continu verbeteren van Power BI-dashboards en rapporteringen. Uitvoeren van functionele analyses en coördineren van de ontwikkeling en implementatie van nieuwe oplossingen. Testen van nieuwe processen en applicaties en begeleiden van deze naar een succesvolle go-live. Bewaken en verbeteren van de datakwaliteit en opzetten van structurele rapporterings- en opvolgingssystemen. Identificeren van concrete toepassingen voor AI binnen efficiëntie, rapportering en besluitvorming. Begeleiden en ondersteunen van medewerkers bij de introductie van nieuwe processen en digitale tools. Actief meewerken aan de verdere digitale transformatie en groei van de organisatie. Samenwerken met het IT-team en de verschillende businessafdelingen om data om te zetten in bruikbare inzichten en betere beslissingen.

Wij zoeken een ervaren Data & Analytics Specialist die analytisch sterk is, maar ook graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in IT of hebt een gelijkwaardig niveau opgebouwd door relevante werkervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens 10 jaar ervaring met ERP-systemen, digitalisering en business analyse, bij voorkeur binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in data, statistiek en AI en weet analyses te vertalen naar concrete resultaten.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Power BI, waaronder ETL, DAX en dashboard design.
  • Je beschikt over ervaring met SQL, bij voorkeur SQL Server en/of PostgreSQL.
  • Je hebt kennis van BPMN en UML-datamodellering.
  • Je combineert sterke analytische vaardigheden met een praktische en oplossingsgerichte aanpak.
  • Je kunt vlot schakelen tussen businessbehoeften, IT-systemen en technische oplossingen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en beschikt over een uitgesproken can-do mentaliteit.
  • Je bent hands-on en gericht op het realiseren van zichtbare resultaten.
  • Je werkt graag cross-functioneel en kunt zowel met business stakeholders als met IT-specialisten communiceren.
  • Je hebt oog voor gebruikersadoptie en weet collega's mee te nemen in nieuwe processen en technologieën.
