Als Data and AI Manager koordinierst und orchestrierst du AI-Initiativen über die gesamte Organisation hinweg und stellst sicher, dass innovative Ideen in messbaren Geschäftswert, operative Exzellenz und nachhaltige Wettbewerbsvorteile übersetzt werden. In dieser Schlüsselrolle arbeitest du eng mit Fachbereichen, internationalen Stakeholdern sowie Kunden und Partnern zusammen und trägst maßgeblich dazu bei, AI als strategischen Erfolgsfaktor bei TGW zu etablieren. Was man bei uns bewegt: Koordination und Strukturierung von AI-Initiativen innerhalb des Unternehmens auf globaler Ebene Identifikation, Bewertung und Priorisierung von AI-Use-Cases anhand von Business Value, Umsetzbarkeit und strategischer Relevanz Steuerung der Nutzenbewertung sowie Nachverfolgung der Wertschöpfung von AI-Initiativen gemäß Performance-Controlling-Standards Förderung von AI-gestützten Prozessoptimierungen und Effizienzsteigerungen entlang der gesamten TGW Wertschöpfungskette Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung einer skalierbaren, sicheren und AI-fähigen Datenbasis in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Data Intelligence Team Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von AI Governance Richtlinien sowie Responsible AI Prinzipien Was uns überzeugt: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Data, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation oder vergleichbaren Funktionen Fundiertes Verständnis von AI-Technologien, Datenmanagement sowie der erfolgreichen Umsetzung von AI-Anwendungsfällen Erfahrung im Stakeholdermanagement sowie in der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit Analytisches und strategisches Denkvermögen gepaart mit ausgeprägter Umsetzungsstärke Hohe Kommunikationskompetenz und Begeisterung für Innovation Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data Science oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Was wir bieten: Gute Verkehrsanbindung, kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten, Shuttle-Service zum Bahnhof und zwischen den TGW-Standorten, E-Bikes, etc. Abwechslungsreiche Aufgabengebiete sowie individueller Gestaltungsspielraum Flexible Arbeitszeiten und ein großzügiges Home-Office-Modell Möglichkeit, Prozesse und Abläufe aktiv und eigenverantwortlich mitzugestalten Mitarbeit in einem engagierten Team, individuelle Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten, klare Ziele und eine offene Feedbackkultur Unterstützung bei der Vereinbarkeit von Beruf und Familie (flexible Arbeitszeiten, Gleitzeit, Home-Office, betriebliche Kinderbetreuung, etc.) Ready to start?
