Als analist Data & Process Improvement ligt de focus op het analyseren, optimaliseren en implementeren van processen en datastromen binnen de organisatie. De rol combineert analytisch inzicht met een sterke hands-on aanpak.

  • In kaart brengen van bestaande processen en identificeren van inefficiënties en optimalisatiemogelijkheden;
  • Uitwerken én implementeren van concrete verbeterinitiatieven die bijdragen aan efficiëntere workflows;
  • Automatiseren en optimaliseren van rapporteringen en datastromen voor betere en snellere inzichten;
  • Integreren en analyseren van data afkomstig uit verschillende ERP-systemen;
  • Intensief gebruik van tools zoals Excel, Power BI en ERP-oplossingen;
  • Vertalen van complexe data naar duidelijke dashboards en heldere rapporten;
  • Samenwerken met controllers en diverse business units om analyses af te stemmen op de bedrijfsnoden;
  • Ondersteunen van strategische projecten en organisatiedoelstellingen via onder meer het OGSM-model;
  • Actief bijdragen aan de standaardisering en professionalisering van processen over afdelingen heen.

Deze functie biedt de mogelijkheid om rechtstreeks impact te hebben op de werking van de organisatie en bij te dragen aan een meer efficiënte en datagedreven besluitvorming.

Voor deze rol zoekt onze klant een analytisch sterke professional met een uitgesproken interesse in data en procesoptimalisatie.

  • Masterdiploma in een economische richting (zoals TEW, Handelsingenieur of gelijkwaardig);
  • Sterk analytisch denkvermogen gecombineerd met een oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid;
  • Interesse in of ervaring met data-analyse, rapportering en businessprocessen;
  • Grondige kennis van Excel en het vermogen om complexe datasets te verwerken;
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen en Power BI vormt een belangrijke meerwaarde;
  • Inzicht in hoe bedrijfsprocessen functioneren en hoe deze efficiënter ingericht kunnen worden;
  • Vaardigheid om data te structureren en om te zetten in concrete inzichten en aanbevelingen;
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden om complexe informatie helder over te brengen;
  • Teamgerichte ingesteldheid gecombineerd met de capaciteit om zelfstandig projecten op te nemen;
  • Proactieve houding en motivatie om continu bij te leren en verbeteringen door te voeren.
