The posting

Als Data Architect speel je een centrale rol in het ontwerp en de ontwikkeling van het platform van het RIZIV. Je bent actief betrokken bij de implementatie van een strategie met als doel te evolueren naar een meer datagedreven organisatie. Je bent verbonden aan het Data Office dat geleid wordt door de Chief Data Officer en je werkt nauw samen met de BI-, AI-, data governance teams zowel als met de IT teams en de Business Units.

Concreet:

- Je definieert de architectuur van de verschillende functionele componenten van het centrale data platform (integratieprocessen, validatiemotor van de kwaliteit van de data, data lake, data warehouses, secure processing environment, datacatalogus, advanced analytics & AI, enz.). - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het definiërende van de conceptuele modellering van de data en voor de validatie van de logische gegevensmodellen van de oplossingen. - Je definieert de processen voor master data en repository management. - Je zorgt ervoor dat de voorgestelde architectuur voldoet aan de vereisten inzake gegevensbeveiliging en privacy, evenals voor de juiste documentatie. - Je evalueert en selecteert de tools en componenten die nodig zijn voor optimaal gegevensbeheer (gegevensverwerving, opslag, kwaliteitsbeheer, visualisatie, geavanceerde analysemogelijkheden en governance), evenals de keuze van de omgeving (cloud en/of on premise)). - Je werkt samen met de projectteams van het Data Office (Projectleider / Product Owners, Functioneel Analisten, Data Engineer, Data Scientists) en met de IT architectuur-teams.

Je beschikt over een universitair diploma in de informatica of gelijkwaardig en hebt minstens vijf jaar ervaring met data-architectuur.

Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring met de architectuur van datawarehouses en analytische platformen. Je hebt aangetoond dat je in staat bent conceptuele datamodellen te ontwikkelen.

Je hebt een goede kennis van en ervaring met praktijken en technieken in verband met databeveiliging en privacybescherming (GDPR).

Je hebt kennis van en zo mogelijk ervaring met dataoplossingen in de Cloud. Je kunt een strategie ontwikkelen voor de geleidelijke migratie van bepaalde componenten of data naar de Cloud.

Je hebt bij voorkeur kennis van metadatamanagement en master data management (MDM).

Je hebt ook aantoonbare kennis van SQL server en aanverwante producten (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS), evenals SAS.

Je bent gewend om met teams samen te werken op een Agile-manier.

Je hebt goede conceptuele en analytische vaardigheden, je bent in staat om de theorie en concepten toe te passen op praktische situaties.

Je goede communicatieskills en je luistervermogen zorgen ervoor dat je gemakkelijk kan samenwerken en een vertrouwensklimaat kan creëren om het akkoord van de verschillende betrokken partijen te verkrijgen.

Je stelt je constructief en pragmatisch op bij het oplossen van problemen en bent resultaatgericht.

Tot slot ben je zelfstandig maar kan je in teamverband werken binnen een transversale organisatie.

Je hebt een actieve kennis van de tweede landstaal en van het Engels.
