Wat ga je doen?

Als BI & Analytics Specialist vorm jij de onmisbare brug tussen de business en technologie. Binnen het Data & BI-team werk je heel nauw samen met een Data Engineer / BI developer. Jullie vormen een complementair duo waarbij jouw focus ligt op businessanalyse en stakeholdermanagement, al bouw je ook technisch hands-on mee aan het platform.

  • Je analyseert bedrijfsprocessen, KPI's en businessvragen, en vertaalt deze feilloos naar schaalbare data- en rapporteringsoplossingen.
  • Je pakt projecten end-to-end aan: van de initiële analyse en data-integratie (uit o.a. ERP, CRM, e-commerce en PIM) tot datamodellering en de uiteindelijke oplevering.
  • Je ontwikkelt gebruiksvriendelijke Power BI-rapporten en dashboards, en begeleidt de gebruikers actief in de adoptie hiervan.
  • Je bewaakt continu de datakwaliteit, performantie, beveiliging en zorgt voor uniforme definities over de hele bedrijvengroep heen.
  • Met het oog op de toekomst bereid je datasets en semantische modellen voor, zodat medewerkers straks via AI en Copilot inzichten kunnen verkrijgen via natuurlijke taal.
  • Je werkt mee aan strategische projecten, zoals de integratie van nieuwe databronnen na bedrijfsovernames en de harmonisatie van rapportering binnen de groep.

Wie ben jij?

  • Ervaring & Achtergrond: Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma en hebt al enkele jaren relevante ervaring opgedaan in een data-, BI- of analyticsomgeving.
  • Business & IT alignment: Je begrijpt perfect hoe bedrijfsprocessen werken, weet de juiste vragen te stellen en vertaalt noden naar concrete oplossingen. Je neemt bovendien graag ownership van A tot Z.
  • Technische bagage: Je hebt een sterke kennis van Power BI, DAX, SQL en relationele databanken, gecombineerd met ervaring in het bouwen van end-to-end BI-oplossingen.
  • Nice-to-haves: Ervaring met datamodellering, ETL, SQL Server, T-SQL, SSAS, Jet Reports of Azure DevOps is een mooie plus. Ook interesse in of kennis van Copilot en AI op bedrijfsdata wordt sterk gewaardeerd.
  • Soft skills: Je bent analytisch, ondernemend, pragmatisch en resultaatgericht. Je bouwt bruggen tussen mensen, processen en technologie.
  • Communicatie & Mobiliteit: Je communiceert vlot en professioneel in het Nederlands, en kan goed professioneel samenwerken met Franstalige collega's en stakeholders. Je bent bovendien bereid om je regelmatig te verplaatsen naar de verschillende vestigingen van de groep.
