Krijg jij energie van data analyseren, bedrijfsprocessen verbeteren en technische oplossingen vertalen naar concrete meerwaarde voor de business? Dan is deze functie als Data & Business Analyst een mooie volgende stap. Je komt terecht in een ambitieuze ERP- en datatransformatie waarbij je mee bouwt aan een moderne dataomgeving op basis van Microsoft Fabric, Power BI en Dynamics 365. In deze nieuwe rol krijg je veel ruimte om initiatief te nemen en mee richting te geven aan de toekomstige datastrategie.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Analyseren van businessnoden en deze vertalen naar concrete data-, rapporterings- en ERP-oplossingen.
  • Samenwerken met interne stakeholders, IT-collega's en externe partners om oplossingen van analyse tot implementatie te realiseren.
  • Ontwikkelen, beheren en optimaliseren van dataoplossingen binnen Microsoft Fabric.
  • Werken met Lakehouses, Pipelines, Dataflows Gen2 en Notebooks/Spark.
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van datamodellen voor rapportering en analyses in Power BI en Excel.
  • Meewerken aan de migratie van de bestaande BI-omgeving naar Microsoft Fabric.
  • Data uit Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ontsluiten en inzetten voor rapportering en analyse.
  • Bewaken van datakwaliteit, governance, documentatie en performantie.
  • De impact van wijzigingen op de bredere ERP- en dataomgeving inschatten.
  • Meedenken over verdere automatisering, standaardisatie en optimalisatie van de dataomgeving.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht bij een internationaal technologiebedrijf dat industriële organisaties ondersteunt bij het slimmer en efficiënter organiseren van hun productie- en logistieke processen. De organisatie combineert ERP, automatisering, data en technische oplossingen om bedrijven verder te digitaliseren. Je werkt in een omgeving waar technologie en business sterk met elkaar verbonden zijn en waar ruimte is om mee te bouwen aan nieuwe oplossingen.

  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in IT, data, bedrijfskunde of een aanverwante richting.
  • Idealiter 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring als Data Analyst, Business Analyst, BI Consultant, Data Engineer of in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Een goede kennis van Microsoft Fabric, Power BI en datamodellering.
  • Ervaring met één of meerdere Fabric-componenten zoals Lakehouse, Pipelines, Dataflows Gen2 en Spark.
  • Ervaring met Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is een sterke troef.
  • Kennis van Dataverse en/of Azure Integration Services is mooi meegenomen.
  • Een sterk analytisch vermogen en interesse in bedrijfsprocessen.
  • De communicatieve vaardigheden om vlot te schakelen tussen technische collega's en business stakeholders.
  • Een oplossingsgerichte en zelfstandige werkhouding.
  • Een goede kennis van het Nederlands en voldoende professionele kennis van Frans en Engels.
