Om ons team verder te versterken zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een Data Capability Consultant (m/v/x) om aan de slag te gaan bij onze klant in Schaarbeek.

  • Deze positie kan worden ingevuld met zowel vast contract (bediendestatuut) als freelance contract
  • Duurtijd: Lange termijn

De afdeling Data Analytics begeleidt de klant bij het realiseren van zijn visie om het toonaangevende, datagestuurde zorgfonds te worden. Wij bieden deskundige begeleiding bij elke stap van het data- en analyseproces, ontwikkelen op maat gemaakte oplossingen op basis van geavanceerde technologieën en voorzien de bedrijfsonderdelen van de inzichten die nodig zijn om innovatie met data te stimuleren, processen te optimaliseren en strategische doelen te bereiken. Het Data Analytics-team ondersteunt bij datastrategie en -planning, geavanceerde analyses, datagovernance, innovatieworkshops en oplossingen op maat.

Binnen ons Data Capabilities Center of Excellence bouwen we aan een organisatie waarin bedrijfsteams zelfstandig en verantwoord gebruik kunnen maken van data om betere beslissingen te nemen. We brengen mensen met elkaar in contact, versterken capaciteiten, bundelen expertise en helpen datakansen om te zetten in tastbare bedrijfsresultaten.

Om deze missie te ondersteunen, zijn we op zoek naar een Data Capability Consultant die gepassioneerd is over het begeleiden van zakelijke stakeholders, het faciliteren van workshops en het helpen opbouwen van datacapaciteiten binnen de hele organisatie. Als Data Capability Consultant fungeer je als brug tussen het bedrijf en data.

Je helpt teams kansen te identificeren, uitdagingen te verduidelijken en hen in contact te brengen met de juiste expertise en middelen. Hoewel je misschien niet altijd degene bent die de oplossing levert, zorg je ervoor dat teams de juiste richting inslaan en steeds bekwamer en zelfstandiger worden in hun datatraject.

Jouw rol:

Begeleiden en adviseren van bedrijfsteams

  • Bedrijfsteams ondersteunen bij het in kaart brengen van kansen en uitdagingen op het gebied van data.
  • Bedrijfsbehoeften vertalen naar concrete data-initiatieven.
  • Belanghebbenden adviseren over datagestuurde besluitvorming, analytics en mogelijkheden op het gebied van AI.
  • Helpen bij het stellen van prioriteiten voor initiatieven die bijdragen aan strategische bedrijfsdoelstellingen.
  • Optreden als vertrouwde partner tijdens de verkennings- en vormgevingsfasen van data-initiatieven.

Faciliteren van verkennings- en innovatieworkshops

  • Workshops ontwerpen en faciliteren die gericht zijn op datakansen en zakelijke uitdagingen.
  • Leid verkenningbijeenkomsten, workshops voor het vormgeven van use-cases en ideeëngeneratie-oefeningen.
  • Help belanghebbenden te onderzoeken hoe data en analyses waarde kunnen creëren.
  • Bevorder afstemming en een gedeeld begrip tussen diverse groepen belanghebbenden.

Versterk datacapaciteiten binnen de hele organisatie

  • Bevorder datageletterdheid en datagestuurd denken.
  • Ontwikkel en deel best practices, raamwerken en methodologieën.
  • Draag bij aan trainings

Profiel

  • Masterdiploma in informatica, informatietechnologie of een verwant vakgebied.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring in een functie op het gebied van bedrijfsvoering, data, consultancy, innovatie of transformatie.
  • Ervaring op het gebied van sociale verzekeringen/gezondheidszorg is een groot pluspunt.
  • Bekend met bedrijfs- en technische analyses.
  • Je hebt ervaring met stakeholdermanagement, het leiden van workshops en organisatieverandering.
  • Je combineert strategisch denken met een pragmatische, hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig naar data, analytics, AI en digitale transformatie.
  • Ervaring met andere ML-platforms en -frameworks zoals TensorFlow, PyTorch en Scikit-learn.
  • Uitstekende probleemoplossende vaardigheden en het vermogen om kritisch en creatief te denken.
  • Sterke communicatie- en samenwerkingsvaardigheden.
  • Het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en meerdere taken tegelijkertijd te beheren.
  • Moedertaal Nederlands – passieve kennis van het Frans
  • 4 dagen thuiswerken + op donderdag in Schaarbeek
