Deze functie maakt onderdeel uit van de bredere digitaliseringsagenda van de hogeschool, waarin ook een vernieuwd IAM- en integratieplatform wordt gebouwd en jij speelt hierin een sleutelrol. Je bouwt dit nieuwe dataplatform waarmee de management rapportages en de decentrale ontwikkeling van ongeveer 10 fte structureel en toekomstbestendig worden ondersteund. Je zorgt dat data op een gestructureerde, betrouwbare en betekenisvolle manier beschikbaar komt voor onderwijs, onderzoek en bedrijfsvoering. Je beweegt je op het snijvlak van informatieanalyse, datamodellering en data-architectuur. Wat je in deze functie o.a. zal doen: - Je vertaalt informatiebehoeften naar datamodellen en datastructuren, passend binnen organisatiebrede standaarden; - Je ontwerpt en realiseert data pipelines en datasets voor rapportages, dashboards en analytics, en werkt toe naar vervanging van de huidige legacy-oplossing; - Je past sectorstandaarden zoals OOAPI en organisatie-specifieke datamodellen toe en breidt ze uit; - Je stemt af met de IAM- en Integratie-collega's binnen je team over autorisatie, datatoegankelijkheid en datakwaliteit; - Je werkt samen met BI- en analytics-teams aan duurzame, goed gedocumenteerde data-oplossingen; - In de eerste negentig dagen bepaal je samen met het team de roadmap. In het eerste jaar zoek je de balans tussen het vervangen van de legacy-omgeving en nieuwbouw, met AI en de Datalabs als nieuwe, opkomende projecten. Team Integratie, IAM en Data Het team Integratie, IAM en Data is net opnieuw gestart en groeit van drie naar maximaal acht teamleden.
