Binnen team Systeemoptimalisatie is een mooie uitdaging ontstaan! We zijn per direct op zoek naar een Senior Data/ Software Engineer met heel veel affiniteit voor data en datamodellering, die idealiter vanaf Q4 2026 en Q1 2027 dit toffe team komt versterken. Wat ga je doen? Je komt voor een specifieke opdracht. Ons datamodel dat verschillende applicaties bedient, heeft een re-design nodig. Er is binnen dit team een omvangrijke Python-codebase en bent verantwoordelijk voor: - Het herontwerpen van ons datamodel; - Ontwikkelen, onderhouden en doorontwikkelen van de bestaande codebase - Code reviewen, refactoren en verbeteren met oog voor kwaliteit, performance en onderhoudbaarheid - Samenwerken met data scientists en software engineers om analytische logica om te zetten in robuuste software - Schrijven en onderhouden van geautomatiseerde tests (bijv. Pytest) - Actieve afstemming met collega's binnen en buiten het teamVorm Wat breng je mee? - Datamodellering: Minimaal 9 jaar aantoonbare ervaring in het modelleren van grote complexe datamodellen. - Python-expertise: Minimaal 9 jaar praktijkervaring met Python (o.a. object-georiënteerd), ervaring met NumPy en moderne testframeworks zoals Pytest. Je schrijft heldere, betrouwbare, testbare en schaalbare code (op AWS, volgens CDK). - Tools en frameworks: Ervaring met tools zoals Kubernetes , FastAPI , Django , Docker en PostgreSQL . - Code review en refactoring: Ervaring met het beoordelen en verbeteren van complexe codebases, constructieve feedback geven en code van andere disciplines (bijv. data ...
