Data is altijd en overal aanwezig. Daarom zoeken wij een enthousiaste starter of young professional die zich verder wil ontwikkelen als Data Engineer binnen een dynamische internationale organisatie. Wat ga je doen als Data Engineer? In deze positie help jij mee om structuur aan te brengen in een complexe en snelgroeiende (data)omgeving. Je hoeft geen hardcore developer te zijn, maar je vindt het wel interessant om te begrijpen hoe systemen met elkaar praten en hoe data van A naar B stroomt. Als Data Engineer werkt op het snijvlak van Business en IT. De ene keer zit je met collega's uit logistiek of e-commerce om tafel om processen beter inzichtelijk te maken. De andere keer kijk je samen met ICT naar koppelingen, datastromen of verbeteringen binnen ons datawarehouse en middleware-landschap. Ook zul je de schakel vormen tussen onze teams Business Applications en ICT, waar je op grote regelmaat samen optrekt, op naar het volgende (data)succes. Binnen HVEG Group speelt data een steeds grotere rol. Daarom werk je actief mee aan het verder ontwikkelen van ons datawarehouse, middleware-oplossingen en slimme integraties tussen verschillende systemen. Jij helpt ervoor te zorgen dat data uit bijvoorbeeld ERP-, logistieke, e-commerce- en financiële systemen op de juiste manier samenkomt en bruikbaar wordt voor de business. Als Data Engineer helpt mee om data begrijpelijk, bruikbaar en betrouwbaar te maken voor de business. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan data rondom: voorraad & logistiek, B2C en wholesale orders, retourstromen, e-commerce platformen, Never Out of Stock afspraken, dashboards en rappo...
