Vanuit Nederland verzorgen zij onder andere de commerciële positionering, verkoop en distributie richting retailers, horeca en andere afzetkanalen. De organisatie groeit internationaal en breidt haar activiteiten momenteel verder uit naar België. Om deze groei te ondersteunen wordt sterk geïnvesteerd in digitalisering, automatisering en het data- en IT-landschap. Job description Als Data Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verder ontwikkelen en beheren van het technische datafundament. Je zorgt ervoor dat data vanuit verschillende systemen betrouwbaar, efficiënt en schaalbaar beschikbaar komt voor rapportages, operationele processen, integraties en toekomstige AI-toepassingen. De nadruk binnen deze functie ligt op bouwen en doorontwikkelen . Met de uitbreiding naar België ontstaan nieuwe processen, databronnen en integraties die moeten worden aangesloten op het dataplatform. Je gaat onder andere: - Datapipelines ontwikkelen en optimaliseren in Databricks ; - Werken met PySpark, SQL en Azure Data Lake ; - ETL- en ELT-processen ontwikkelen en automatiseren, inclusief orchestration van datastromen, o.a. via API koppelingen; - Het Azure-dataplatform verder ontwikkelen , waaronder Azure Data Lake en de Bronze-, Silver- en Gold-lagen. - Datakwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid borgen door monitoring, logging, controles en structurele optimalisaties. - Meebouwen aan een schaalbaar datafundament voor BI, operationele processen en toekomstige AI-toepassingen.
