Das erwartet Dich

* Entwicklung, Implementierung und Überwachung von Data Management-Strategien und -Prozessen, um die Datenqualität, -integrität und -sicherheit im Unternehmen sicherzustellen

* Gestaltung und Pflege von Data Governance-Richtlinien, -Standards und -Prozessen in Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen

* Koordination und Steuerung datengetriebener Projekte, zur Bereitstellung fundierter Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Geschäftsentscheidungen

* Definition und Umsetzung von Datenqualitätsmetriken zur kontinuierlichen Steigerung der Datenqualität

* Schulung und Beratung der Mitarbeitenden im Bereich Data Governance und Data Management

Das bringst Du mit

* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data Science oder eine Ausbildung im IT-Bereich mit einer mehrjährigen Berufserfahrung im Data Management-Umfeld

* Kenntnisse im Data Management oder Data Governance wünschenswert

* Erfahrung mit Instrumenten des Projektmanagements von Vorteil

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

* Reisebereitschaft

* Analytisches Denkvermögen und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten

* Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung

* Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Teamgeist und Flexibilität sowie eine gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
