Data ontsluiten, pipelines bouwen, modellen ontwerpen en zorgen dat alles netjes richting productie gaat. Maar hoe interessant is het als je dat niet steeds voor dezelfde organisatie, met dezelfde omgeving en dezelfde uitdagingen doet? Als Data Engineer werk je aan verschillende data platform trajecten bij verschillende opdrachtgevers. De ene keer duik je diep in een datamodel, de volgende keer ontsluit je nieuwe databronnen of bouw je aan een pipeline die een concreet businessvraagstuk oplost. Geen opdracht is hetzelfde. En juist daardoor blijf je jezelf ontwikkelen. Waarom je hier niet snel uitgeleerd bent Je werkt met een team van Data Engineers en Data Scientists die hun kennis actief met elkaar delen. Via competence sessies leer je van collega's over hun opdrachten en technische oplossingen. Op het kennisplatform vind je ervaringen en kennis uit het team. En tijdens de Innovation Days krijg je letterlijk de ruimte om nieuwe technologie te ontdekken en samen te vertalen naar een werkende oplossing. Dat betekent ook dat je niet alles al hoeft te kunnen. Je technische basis is belangrijker dan een checklist met twintig tools. Functie Wat ga je doen? Je werkt samen met andere Data Engineers aan het ontwerpen, bouwen en doorontwikkelen van moderne data platformen. Daarbij werk je voornamelijk met Microsoft Azure en krijg je te maken met verschillende technologieën en vraagstukken. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Ontwerpen en ontwikkelen van data warehouses en data platformen - Ontwerpen van datamodellen voor moderne data platformen - Ontsluiten van verschillende databronnen, bijvoorbeeld via API's - Bouwen van data pipelines en vertalen van businesslogica naar datatransformaties - Implementeren van wijzigingen en nieuwe functionaliteiten richting productie - Samenwerken met b...
