Geen puur technische specialist: verbinden van stakeholders is essentieel. - Minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare ervaring met Hastus. - Ruime ervaring met technisch applicatiebeheer van bedrijfskritische applicaties. - Ervaring met incident-, problem-, change- en releasemanagement (ITIL-kennis gewenst). - Aantoonbare kennis van interfaces, integraties en ketenbeheer; ervaring met acceptatie- en implementatietrajecten. - Kennis van SQL Server en database-analyse. - Sterke samenwerkingservaring tussen business, functioneel beheer, IT en leveranciers. - Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; communicatief, benaderbaar en coachend ingesteld. - Proactief, pragmatisch, resultaatgericht, neemt eigenaarschap en toont natuurlijk leiderschap zonder hiërarchisch op te treden. - Opdracht met leiding en toezicht vanuit de klant; ZZP is niet mogelijk.
