De opdracht vraagt om een specialist die technische diepgang combineert met uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en die moeiteloos schakelt tussen gebruikers, IT-teams en leveranciers. De Hastus-omgeving ondersteunt een bedrijfskritisch planningsproces. Daarom zoeken wij een kandidaat die niet alleen zorg draagt voor een stabiele en betrouwbare applicatie, maar ook als adviseur en sparringpartner optreedt voor de gebruikersorganisatie en het functioneel beheer. Werkzaamheden - Borgen van de continuïteit, beschikbaarheid en prestaties van de Hastus omgeving. - Uitvoeren en begeleiden van updates, patches en versie-upgrades volgens ITIL en OTAP werkwijze. - Uitvoeren van impactanalyses bij wijzigingen en releases. - Fungeren als inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt voor leveranciers en interne beheerteams. - Ondersteunen bij escalaties en bedrijfskritische verstoringen. - Adviseren van functioneel beheerders en planners over de inrichting en mogelijkheden van Hastus. - Adviseren en ondersteunen bij vraagstukken rondom de verdere inrichting, professionalisering en borging van het beheer van Hastus. - Bijdragen aan acceptatie-, test- en implementatietrajecten. - Ondersteunen bij configuratievraagstukken en applicatie-instellingen. - Vastleggen en overdragen van kennis aan beheerteams en gebruikers.
