Ga aan de slag als Data entry medewerker in Zwijndrecht voor 24 tot 40 uur p/w! Wat ga je doen? Voor een grote, nationale, organisatie in zorg- en revalidatie hulpmiddelen in Zwijndrecht zoeken we een parttime Data entry medewerker. Jouw voornaamste taak: zorgen dat alle binnengekomen bonnen en gegevens rondom geleverde zorgproducten strak in de computer komen te staan. Loopt de zending van een hulpmiddel vertraging op? Jij duikt het systeem in, zoekt de oorzaak en koppelt de juiste code aan de order. Is het dossier compleet? Dan bel je de cliënt alleen even kort op met een update. Zo is de administratie weer sluitend en weet iedereen waar hij aan toe is. Je kunt per direct starten voor 24 tot 40 uur in de week. Wat ga je doen? - Invoeren van logistieke data en afleverbonnen van zorgartikelen; - Oorzaken van vertragingen uitzoeken en juist registreren; - Informatieve telefoontjes plegen naar cliënten met statusupdates; - Het up-to-date houden van alle systemen van de afdeling. Wie ben jij? Jij bent een snelle tikker, handig met software en nauwkeurig. Je vindt het geen probleem om wat vlieguren achter de computer te maken en praat makkelijk. Je woont in de buurt van Zwijndrecht en bent minimaal 24 uur per week inzetbaar. Wat wij bieden - Een bruto uurloon tussen de € 15,22 en € 16,00 obv ervaring;; - Werken in een gezellig team; - Je bepaalt jouw eigen uren: 24, 32 of 40 uur per week; - Je kan zsm starten; - Een functie met belangrijke verantwoordelijkheden.
