Het CDO-office heeft beleidskaders vastgesteld, maar de vertaling hiervan naar concrete, werkbare processen binnen de uitvoeringsdomeinen (spokes) moet nog grotendeels worden opgebouwd. De focus voor de komende periode ligt op het opstellen van een Data Governance Roadmap en het opstarten van de eerste concrete acties die hieruit voortvloeien. Het gaat hierbij nadrukkelijk om het opbouwen van deze capability vanuit de Hub, niet om het beheren van een reeds ingericht proces. Hoofdverantwoordelijkheden: Roadmap en opbouw Opstellen van een Data Governance Roadmap: prioriteiten, fasering en concrete eerste stappen bepalen in afstemming met het CDO-office en de spokes. Opstarten en trekken van de eerste acties die uit de roadmap volgen. Opbouwen van de basisstructuur voor data governance binnen de Hub (rollen, processen, werkwijzen) waar nu nog weinig tot niets ligt. Beleidsvertaling en implementatie Vertalen van het door het CDO-office vastgestelde beleid naar concrete processen, werkinstructies, rolbeschrijvingen en toepasbare standaarden. Ondersteunen van de spokes bij het toepassen van beleid in hun primaire processen en ketens. Mede opzetten van het data governance framework (rollen, processen, tools) samen met het CDO-office.
