BlueTrail Data Governance Specialist Zuid-Holland 36u p/w 12 maanden HBO;Universitair Functieomschrijving Als Data Governance Specialist heb je een leidende rol in het met je team opleveren van de volgende resultaten: - Implementatie van de datastrategie inclusief scope gegevensbeleid met functies, rollen en RASCI vastgesteld. - Groeipad in positionering functies en rollen beschreven en afgestemd met stakeholders. - Onboarding programma en materiaal voor gegevensverantwoordelijken en data stewards. - Opgesteld beleid voor continue verbeterproces datakwaliteit en metadata management. - Proces voor reguliere toetsing van initiatieven aan gegevensbeleid ingericht. - Proces voor reguliere toetsing en bijstelling van beleid ingericht. - Advisering CDO/plv. CDO over de gebieden van gegevensdeling, typering, kwaliteit en gebruik. Achtergrond opdracht: Betrouwbare gegevens zijn voor DJI essentieel voor een verantwoorde uitvoering van primaire processen en besturing van de organisatie. Met een meerjarenplan Gegevens op Orde werkt DJI aan het continue verbeteren van de gegevensorganisatie (data governance), gegevensbeheer (data management) en implementatie van gegevensdiensten. Als data governance specialist heb jij een inhoudelijk leidende rol in het inrichten van gegevensbeleid (op de terreinen van gegevensdeling, typering, kwaliteit en gebruik) en gegevensverantwoordelijkheid binnen de organisatie. Samen met vertegenwoordigers van de verschillende bedrijfsonderdelen en CDO-Office werk jij aan de inrichting en verbetering van gegevensverantwoordelijkheid en de hierbij benodigde processen en hulpmiddelen. Daarnaast blijf je op de hoogte van de ontwikkelingen op Rijksbreed en JenV niveau en bewaak je de aansluiting van DJI op relevante wet- en regelgeving. Wat wordt er van jou gevraagd?
