Als Data & Innovatie Consultant speel jij een sleutelrol in het versterken van de positie van NVM en haar leden in een steeds meer data-gedreven vastgoedmarkt. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen NVM, Brainbay, leden, deelnemingen en externe datapartners. Je zorgt voor stevige governance, stimuleert nieuwe vormen van data-uitwisseling en vertaalt strategische vraagstukken naar concrete oplossingen die meerwaarde creëren voor leden. Daarbij fungeer je als business owner namens NVM op belangrijke datadossiers en draag je bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de data- en innovatiestrategie. Doel van de functie In jouw rol adviseer en ondersteun je de Manager Innovatie bij het realiseren van de strategische data-ambities van NVM. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie en doorontwikkeling van data governance binnen de vereniging en speelt een belangrijke rol bij vraagstukken rondom datakwaliteit, datatoegang, data-uitwisseling en nieuwe datadiensten. Je bent secretaris en inhoudelijk adviseur van de Data Governance Board, bereidt besluitvorming voor en zorgt voor de vertaling van strategie naar uitvoering. In nauwe samenwerking met Brainbay werk je aan het ontsluiten van nieuwe databronnen, het ontwikkelen van dataproducten en het verbeteren van de data-infrastructuur voor leden. Zo draag je bij aan een toekomstbestendige data-positie van NVM en creëer je concrete meerwaarde voor makelaars, taxateurs en consumenten.
