In deze rol als Data Lead neem je het voortouw bij de vormgeving van de wereldwijde datastrategie.

  • Met jouw visie formuleer je een heldere dataroadmap die bedrijfsgroei, innovatie en operationele uitmuntendheid rechtstreeks versnelt.
  • Je neemt de leiding over de data-architectuur en stroomlijnt alle rapportageomgevingen binnen het ERP- en BI-landschap.
  • Het opzetten van een groepswijd datagovernance kader behoort tot jouw verantwoordelijkheid om een betrouwbare single source of truth te garanderen.
  • Je stimuleert de uitrol van geavanceerde analytics en AI-toepassingen die strategische beslissingen onderbouwen en sturen.
  • Samen met jouw multidisciplinaire team van ingenieurs en ontwikkelaars bouw je bruggen tussen IT, Financiën en Business.

Profiel

Om als Data Lead een blijvende impact te maken, herken je jezelf in de onderstaande achtergrond:

  • Masterdiploma in een relevante richting (zoals Data, IT, Ingenieurswetenschappen of Handelsingenieur) gecombineerd met een vloeiende beheersing van het Engels.
  • Ervaring van ongeveer 5 jaar binnen analytics, Power BI, SQL en ERP-omgevingen zoals Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een coachende leider die multidisciplinaire, internationale teams weet te verbinden en te inspireren.
  • Pragmatische aanpak waarbij je de juiste balans vindt tussen datastructuur, governance en de wendbaarheid van de organisatie.
  • Sterke communicatievaardigheden om ingewikkelde data-inzichten te vertalen naar strategisch advies voor de directie.
